You Don't Understand~Vous ne comprenez pas
~You Don't Understand~
It's like you don't understand me. I don't think you ever will and I don't know why I even try. Do you understand what I am saying? Because I know you don't and I know you won't. That is why I do not try.
It's like you don't understand me. I think you try and I try to explain. Maybe to no end. But I tried enough times to explain. Because I know you tried and I tried. That is why I stopped trying.
I hate goodbyes,
They're forever,
Fleeting,
Unsure,
Goodbyes are not happy moments.
They're fleeting,
When you say goodbye,
Goodbyes don't last,
They're unsure,
They are like asking,
Am I ever going to see you again?
They're forever,
It's like the other saying,
I will never see you again.
In the rain,
My red boots,
Grey coat,

I'm at the bus stop.
Waiting for the bus.
The cars go by.
A yellow taxi,
A blue car,
And a limousine,
As I wait for the bus,
Patiently.

I sat on my new swing, put up the day before by my Daddy. I struggled to get on, but flailing and falling on the ground.
First Grade
My best friend Tommy came over and he pushed me on the swing. We took turns.
Second Grade
I put my book down by the tree my swing was under. I sat down, and pumped my legs, higher and higher, but then falling and breaking my leg, and having to go to the hospital.
Third Grade
Tommy and I played "astronauts" on the swing. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 BLAST OFF!
Fourth Grade
I sat on the swing and read a book about a Magic Tree house. I wondered if I could get a tree house.

Valentine's Day For The Better
"Taxi! Aw, crap." I muttered as a bus splashed polluted, city rainwater on my new coat "This Valentine's Day has taken a turn for the better." Which in fact, it had been better than last year, when my fiancé dumped me and left me homeless to move in with my parents. So at that point, I moved into the city, and did I hate the city. The air was polluted, I could feel it everywhere, my small apartment was cramped (I still hadn't unpacked all the boxes creating an even more cramped look) and I hated taxies.
"Finally," I breathed a sigh of relief when a taxi pulled my way. I lugged my shopping bags into the taxi and gave the directions to th

Floating (Let Go)
It's like I am a leaf
Floating away
I tried to stay
Trying to get back to the tree
But you are the tree
And I was hanging on
But you had let go
And I floated away
Now you want me back
But it's too late
Because I am gone
I let go

You take my voice away
You tell me not to sing
You take away my happy place
And place it with your own
How can I not sing?
How can I not dance?
How can I be myself?
If you yell at me to not
You have your own voice
You sing aloud
You tell me not to
But why?
Why should I stop?
Why should you tell me not to sing?
Why should I not dance?
You can't tell me what's wrong
Only I can tell myself
What is right to me
Not you

I START TO UNDERSTAND YOUR MOOD AND YOUR MUMBLING. I START UNDERSTANDING YOUR MOVEMENT AND UNDERSTAND YOUR FEELING BY JUST GLANCING AT YOUR FACE. AND SOON WE ARE CLOSE. SOON WE ARE IN LOVE. SO SOON, THE LOVE WILL BECOME A LANGUAGE.
And that is what love can become.

He smiles, softly
Taking our time, slowly
Adjust to this new light
That is called Love
Love shouldn't be rushed
Not out of pity
Love should be special
More dear to the heart
Isn't that what Love should be
That's Love to me
When you're gone, the sun goes down
The moon doesn't even come up
The stars don't show their faces
The sky is empty and black
There is no light
When you're gone, the music stops
The laughter ceases
The people stop singing
The birds stop chirping
There is no noise
When you're gone, the animals are gone
The flowers wilt
The people are no where to be seen
The garden doesn't grow
There is no life
When you're gone, I am nothing.
